Intentional
Drumming Circle w/ Kenny Kolter
Join in community for intentional body/mind harmony in
rhythm. Call forth and manifest your intentions for
yourself and the world through the power of music. Our
community drum circle is an interactive experience working
with the laws of intention and prayer. You will find your
own personal rhythms and cadence, while experiencing the
healing energy of music in an atmosphere of openness and
acceptance, in a sacred community. All levels are welcome
and no musical skills are necessary. This experiential
workshop is about play and freedom of expression.
Drums/instruments provided or bring your own if you have
one. We are bringing some of the sacred traditions from the
native American sweat lodge to the drum circle. The purpose
of our drum circle is to create a meditative drumming
experience; it's not about talent or knowledge of
instruments; this participatory and experiential - using
hands, heart and spirit and sharing in community.

Guided
Evening Meditation w/ Vicki
This evening meditation is about opening and using your
ascending heart chakra as well as communicating with
multidimensional beings.
Great for reducing stress, alleviating pain, becoming more aware of
your intuitive nature and answers. Join us every other Wednesday
evening as we explore different methods of meditating. You'll
participate in short meditations, long meditations,
healing meditations, clearing meditations, guided meditations
from a variety of speakers, as well as learn how to meditate even in
noisy situations. Discussion and any instruction will begin at 7:00
PM. Meditations will begin promptly at 7:05 PM, please plan to
arrive at 6:45 to check in and pick out your favorite space. Feel
free to bring a big pillow, blanket or flat mat to lie on - whatever
you want or need to be comfortable.
$15, approximately one hour, to a max of an hour and a half (only
rarely).

Body Buzz Vibrational Art Sound Healing w/ Antonio Soriano
BodyBuzz is a sound healing meditation
that uses music composed to resonate with and heighten the
vibration of the 7 chakras. It begins with OM and travels up
through the chakras from root to crown and completes itself
by returning to OM. Live guitar is waved into a prerecorded
backdrop of world instruments to create a magic carpet ride
to your heart's desires.
Please bring a blanket to lie on and cover yourself with
(the body can become cold during meditations) and a pillow
for your head. Yoga mats are perfect. You may also bring any
jewelry or photos of people to place on the blessing table
during session.

percentages, and energy assessment of chakras

Self, Intuitive Self, or Inner Wisdom for using a pendulum
in an energy practice
·To connect, learn, and demonstrate a step by step
process to secure a connection with our High Self, Intuitive
Self, or Inner Wisdom, and to do an energy assessment of our
own chakras as well as the chakras of a partner
This is a hands-on, experiential class. Please bring your
own pendulum, notebook and pen. If you do not own a
pendulum, we will have some to purchase. Because we will be
working with assessing and healing our own energy fields,
please do whatever you can to come well-rested, hydrated,
and in as much inner peace and contentment as possible. Your
state of well-being is a significant factor for yourself and
the other participants in this class. Because of the
one-on-one energy support, evaluations, and clearing work
being done for each member of the class as needed, this
class is limited to ten students at a time.
